I am very disappointed with the service at this branch. I tried to use my AIS privilege points, but the staff informed me only after I reached the counter that they do not participate in the program. There was no sign or notice anywhere to inform customers about this exclusion. Because I had already clicked to redeem the offer in the app, I ended up wasting my points for nothing. It is very frustrating to lose points due to a lack of transparency. I hope the management puts up clear signage so other customers do not encounter the same issue. For an outlet located in an international airport, I expected much better communication. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

20260124 - located just outside arrival gate. ordered cheese hotdog roll, 1 large lemonade and 1 iced latte for sgd 9.72. Cheese hotdog was warm and the crust tasted good with some seasoning that is slightly spicy. Goes well with lemonade in the hot weather. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Auntie Anne’s at Hatyai Airport is a great pit stop for a warm, buttery snack before takeoff. The aroma of freshly baked pretzels instantly draws you in, and thankfully, the taste lives up to the smell. I tried the original pretzel with cheese dip—soft, slightly crispy on the outside, and satisfyingly salty. Service was quick and courteous, and everything was served hot and fresh. Perfect for a light bite or takeaway treat. Prices are a bit higher than street outlets, but fair for airport standards. Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
