My friend and I stumbled upon this dessert spot and decided to give it a try. Luckily, we only had to wait less than a minute before a table became available. We ordered the double-scoop ice cream with waffles, and although the wait was around 15–20 minutes, time flew by as we were busy chatting. When our dessert finally arrived, it was well worth the wait. The waffles were perfectly done—crispy on the outside while remaining soft and fluffy on the inside. The ice cream was equally delicious and complemented the waffles beautifully. Overall, it was a delightful dessert experience, and we have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely return again! Visited Aureffle on a Friday night around 8pm+ and most of the seats were taken. Because it was a little crowded, there may be a slight wait time, but the staff were still really warm and friendly throughout. We ordered the premium Wafflewiches and added the Nutella Bliss and Pistachio Luxe waffwich flavour for an extra dollar each. Honestly, really, really good for the price. The fillings were super generous and the gelato quality was good! The Bueno Bliss gelato was hands down our family’s favourite — incredibly rich, thick and chocolatey. Absolutely amazing for chocolate lovers. We also tried the Pistachio gelato, which was good too with a nice nutty flavour, though compared to the chocolate, it felt lighter and less rich. Still enjoyable, just overshadowed by how good the chocolate one was. Overall, really bang for buck considering the portion size and how indulgent everything tasted.
