Tai Hang 黯然燒魂 Aurora Skewer spot hidden away in the street of Tai Hang! It’s a great and cozy spot to bring your friends over to enjoy some skewers and drinks together. Here’s what we got: Skewers: * Signature Angus Ox Tongue * Angus Beef Sliced Asparagus * CAB beef tenderloin with sauce * CAB beef tenderloin with pepper honey sauce * Green pepper pork belly skewer * Siu mai * Mentaiko Chicken * Signature Cheese sausage * Grilled Okra with BBQ sauce * Minced Chicken with Egg sauce (: must get/try items!) Green pepper pork belly skewer and Angus ox tongue, as their must try and signature, it was seasoned perfectly. So juicy at every bite! My personal favourites are siu mai, mentaiko chicken and signature cheese sausage. Siu mai had a super crispy skin and grilled perfectly. For mentaiko chicken, chicken was topped with mentaiko in which every bite was full of mentaiko flavour! At last, I fell in love with the cheese sausages as soon as I taste how cheesy it was! Snacks: Grilled portobello with cheese. A must try item with mushroom and cheese on top. Inside, it was cheesy and had mushroom juice, very flavourful! Vegetable: Grilled Egg plant with cumin & garlic. Also our go to item to enjoy along with some skewers, this was quite heavy in garlic flavours. Seafood: Seafood Porridge. Also one of their signature, seafood porridge makes you experience seafood heaven in one pot! Overall, it is a satisfying comfort food as the rice was very soft and had lots of seafood inside! Time to bring your friends over and catch up over some good quality skewers and drinks! G/F, 4 Shepherd Street, Tai Hang. Price per person: $364.5 included 10% service charge.
