The soy sauce chicken is very well made: it is the right amount of soy sauce, not too salty, and the chicken is super tender and full of flavour. And I love the tagline they put on the receipt: ‘if one does not eat the chicken skin, it is better not to eat the chicken.’ Now that is the right attitude!
