Not only does awfully chocolate has delightful and mouthwatering chocolate products, they hire great staff too! Lyna was very efficient in handling the crowd during sale period. She was calm, professional and friendly despite overwhelming requests and queries. Amy, who was present on Saturday (21 mar) was exceptional - hospitable & welcoming. She also handles WhatsApp queries in a very professional, prompt & helpful manner. Both are a star and truly an asset to the company. Well Done! Bought a box of cookies on sale yesterday, they expire in June but they have gone a bit soft, next cookie I take a bite of, I notice mould in it. Checked the rest and I spotted mould on multiple cookies from the same tin. This is insanely unsafe. How can they sell stale and mouldy cookies? I looked at Google reviews and I’m not the only one, customer service did nothing about it either.

Hi Claudia! Those that you see are not mould but in fact sugar/fat bloom that is quite common in chocolates and safe for consumption.
