フラフラ歩いていたら、人だかりがあったので、近づいてみると、美味しそうな素麺を提供しているお店かまあり、簡単に立ち食い出来そうだったし量も，少なく、コストパフォーマンスを，良さそうだったのて、食べました。特段美味しいわけではありませんが、普通に美味しく、飲んだ後にはいい感じで、小腹を満たしてくれました。ごちそうさまでしたありがとうございました。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

言わずと知れた麺線の人気店。 お兄さんたちの手際がいいので待ちません。 パクチーのせても大丈夫か聞かれます。 ガーリックソースの味変もおすすめ。 おやつ感覚でトライしたのですが、小碗でもボリュームがあったので2人でシェアでも良いかも。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ay-Chung Flour-Rice Noodle was one of those classic Taipei street food stops that feels simple at first, but ends up being strangely memorable. The oyster mee sua is the main reason people come — silky flour-rice noodles in a thick, savoury broth with oysters and braised intestines, topped with garlic, vinegar, chilli, and coriander depending on your preference. The texture is very different from typical noodle dishes, softer and almost soup-like, but comforting once you settle into it. What I liked most was how unapologetically local the whole experience felt. You stand outside with everyone else, holding a bowl in the middle of Ximending, eating something that has clearly been served this way for years. The oyster mee sua itself is rich, slightly briny, and deeply savoury without trying to be refined. Not necessarily the prettiest dish, but definitely one of those foods that captures the character of Taipei street dining very well.
