這間店很擾民，個排氣系統極度滋擾，騷擾樓上居民，而且成條後巷一直都污糟邋遢，奉勸大家唔好去幫襯。咁擾民的日本餐廳，在香港也是第一次見….. This restaurant is a huge public nuisance. Their exhaust system is extremely disturbing and harasses the residents living upstairs. Furthermore, the entire back alley is always filthy. I strongly advise everyone not to patronize this place. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a disruptive Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong—I wonder if Japanese people would feel a bit ashamed seeing this この店は近隣住民にとって非常に迷惑です。排気システムの騒音がひどく、上階の住人に多大な迷惑をかけています。その上、裏路地はずっと不衛生で汚れたままです。皆さんには、この店を利用しないことを強くお勧めします。これほど迷惑な日本料理店は香港でも初めて見ました。日本人がこれを見たら、少し恥ずかしく思うのではないでしょうか。」. Located in an alley in Shek Tong Tsui, Sai Wan, the noodle shop Caiya makes fresh noodles every day, offering wheat noodles, black pepper noodles, and specially recommended noodle flavors every day. This time I chose the Earl Gray tea noodles that were limited to that day. It has a quiet tea aroma and tastes as comfortable as soba noodles. Paired with shrimp miso soup, the rich soup base and shrimp aroma are just right in balance. You won't be overly tired after eating, and you will only be satisfied. The specialty shrimp miso soup tsukemen of aya is a blend of rich tonkotsu broth, shrimp miso which is full of umami, and the unique flavor of today’s special earl gray noodles.
