We came here very intentionally for the spicy wonton mala dumplings, and Ayao Gourmet absolutely delivered. The dumplings are clearly handmade and generous, with that perfect balance of heat, depth, and comfort you only get from properly done mala. The soup was deeply flavoured and addictive. I added noodles to mine, which made it even better, though the portion was so generous I couldn’t finish it all. We arrived around 6:30pm on a Sunday and the top-level food court was quiet, which turned out to be a gift. Everything was cooked fresh in front of us and served immediately. You could taste the care and freshness in every bite. My husband went all in with the beef noodle soup and the beef burger and demolished both without hesitation. We’d been craving mala and biang biang–style noodles all over Bangkok, and this was the first place that truly scratched the itch. Honest, comforting, properly spiced food that feels made with intention. Well worth the trip. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It was so delicious that I went back twice. I highly recommend the Biang Biang noodles : fresh noodles made ALL the difference ! Quantity is good for 120 baths. Texture and cooking were perfect. Best chinese noodles I find in Bangkok so far... This stand is located in a duty free mall (no interest) To shop, you must check in first at counters and you will receive your purchases at the airport.
