Had an amazing meal at Ayasofya Turkish Restaurant during my trip to Singapore. The lamb mandy and chicken mandy, and every dish was packed with flavour. The lamb was tender and juicy, while the chicken was perfectly seasoned and smoky. The mandy rice was aromatic, fluffy, and complemented the meats so well. We also tried the Turkish tea, which was a perfect way to end the meal. What made the experience even better was Uncle Ghazali, the manager. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and genuine care for customers really stood out and added a personal touch to the dining experience. stars for Uncle Ghazali and Ayasofya! Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Turkish food, generous portions, and excellent service in Singapore. Will definitely return on my next visit!
