Came here on the 24th to celebrate a birthday event . Disappointed with the food as we came all the way from Singapore . We ordered 2 different types of steak, tenderloin and ribeye . As for the tenderloin, we requested for a MEDIUM, but it was cooked to MEDIUM-WELL . As for the Ribeye, we requested for MEDIUM-WELL, but it was cooked to WELL-DONE . It was so tough and dry to chew . Black pepper sauce lacks black pepper flavor and mushroom sauce lacks mushroom . Only the rissoto was okay . We sat indoor but could barely feel the air-conditioning. Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Honest Review: Exceptional Service at Azzurro Ristorante I recently visited Azzurro Ristorante in Central Phuket. While the experience had its ups and downs, the level of professionalism from the staff truly stood out. The culinary experience was a bit of a mixed bag. I initially ordered the spicy tomato pasta, but I noticed a distinct seafood-like aftertaste that didn't quite sit right with me. When I brought this to their attention, the manager was incredibly proactive. He came to my table immediately, tasted the dish, and explained that this was the intended flavor profile for that specific recipe. Even though it was prepared "correctly" by their standards, he was very accommodating and recommended the creamy mushroom pasta instead. This second choice was much better and quite enjoyable compared to the first. Overall, the food was okay, though perhaps not spectacular. The highlight of the evening was definitely the service. Having a manager who assists you directly and ensures you leave satisfied makes a huge difference. A small note for future diners: be aware that there is a charge for the bread service.
