I usually enjoy visiting juice bars, especially in a tropical country like Thailand, where fresh fruit is widely available. However, my recent experience at this one was by far the worst I have ever had. The service was unacceptable, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We approached the counter and politely asked for a smoothie without ice. Given the hot weather, we wanted to enjoy the natural flavors of the fruit without it being watered down. To our surprise, the lady behind the counter refused to serve us. She didn’t explain why, nor did she offer any alternative. She simply said, “No,” in a rude and dismissive manner. When we tried to ask again, she ignored us completely. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A juice bar should be willing to accommodate a simple request, especially when it comes to something as basic as leaving out the ice. If they had a policy against modifications, the staff could have at least explained it politely instead of refusing service altogether. This was the most negative experience we have had in Thailand. Everywhere else, people have been welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, which makes this experience even more shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are plenty of other juice bars where customers are treated with respect. We will never return, and I hope management takes action to improve their service. I found B Juicy Bar on Google and decided to give it a try. I can confidently say it offers the best natural cold-pressed juice on the island. The juices are healthy with no added sugar, syrup, or water, making them a perfect choice for health-conscious individuals. I've visited B Juicy Bar twice in the last two days and plan to continue going daily. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the juices. The lady who runs the place is extremely polite and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. If you're looking for delicious, healthy juices, B Juicy Bar is the place to go.
