Ｗe are truly sorry to hear that you and your family felt uncomfortable during your visit to B1 Cafe. We sincerely believe there may have been a misunderstanding in the communication with your tour guide, and we would like to gently clarify a few points. First, we would like to assure you that we never said children were not allowed to enter if they did not place an order. Children are always welcome at our cafe, and we would never refuse entry based on whether a child makes a purchase. In Taiwan, it is quite common for cafes and restaurants to have a minimum order per person. This policy is clearly stated on our menu, and it applies to adult guests to help us maintain our space and service quality. We never force anyone to spend more than they feel comfortable with. Even so, we sincerely apologize if our explanation was unclear or if this situation caused any stress or discomfort for you and your family. Your feelings are important to us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We warmly wish you and your family a pleasant and memorable journey in Taiwan, and we hope that one day we may have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances.
