I was disappointed with my experience at BABYCCINO Café in Bangkok. The bread served was clearly not fresh. I politely informed the staff about the issue, expecting an apology or a replacement, but unfortunately no action was taken. The bread was not replaced, and my concern was initially ignored. What made the experience more frustrating was the response from the manager, Bens, who did not make any effort to resolve the issue or ensure customer satisfaction. That said, I would like to thank the General Manager, Ms. Nung, for stepping in to rectify the situation. She handled the matter professionally by removing the charges for the affected items from our bill, which I truly appreciated. Her prompt action helped recover what had otherwise been a disappointing experience. I hope the café improves its quality control to ensure fresh food is consistently served and provides better training for its frontline management on handling customer concerns. Customer service should be proactive from the beginning, not only after escalation. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿400–600
