Mike is awesome and his bakery is awesome too. No worries if you only speak English because Mike speaks it too! Check it out if you're in the area. He takes pride in his craft and uses great ingredients. Grab a pastry and a coffee and waltz around Seoul. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found this little gem of a bakery yesterday while visiting Seoul. It was a quick walk from Deungchon station (line #9, exit 2). The owner/ baker, Mike, was super sweet and so friendly. We picked up 5 pastries + a vanilla latte for me and an herbal tea for my mom - everything was amazing! We ate three of the pastries before we got home (heh) so I was only able to take a picture of the remaining two (salted croissant and almond croissant). The vanilla latte was roasty and not too sweet and my mom enjoyed her chamomile tea. If you're in the Gangseo-gu area and need a sweet treat, would definitely recommend Bakery Salted! This bakery, located in our area of Gangseo-gu was really a hidden gem. Really some of the best croissants I have had for a while, with great coffee to pair. The chef there, Mike, was really kind, and told us about his time studying in culinary school in Seattle. This place and the croissants are really worth the trip over. This place was really so special and the attention to detail was amazing (they even had heart straws )!! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
