Epitome of a secret gem and it will be bitter sweet when this place inevitably goes viral for all the right reasons. We accidentally stumbled across bar sovl when it was closed and I’m so glad we came back strictly out of curiosity the next day, We have been to many places but the atmosphere of this one has left me in awe. The owner was intentional with all the details from the incredible interior design, choice of music and how carefully he puts together every single cocktail- it’s truly a form of art. He makes his own ginger beer amoung other ingredients Between five of us we head almost everything on the menu which all exceeded expectations. My favourite off menu which I highly recommend was the Gin Sour with empress Gin. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
