Had such a fun night at Barcode International Bar. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made the place feel instantly comfortable. You can jump on the Nintendo, sing as many karaoke songs as you want, and just relax without any pressure. The staff speak great English, which makes it super easy if you’re visiting Osaka and want a friendly spot to hang out. I had a wonderful time, absolutely recommend it. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
