Located right next to Miyanosaka tram station, BARE PIZZA POCO Gotokuji is a fantastic pizza and pasta restaurant with friendly staff, making it a perfect lunch stop after exploring Gotokuji Temple. The interior is simple but stylish, and many seats offer a beautiful view of the tram tracks, which adds a lovely local touch to the visit. The highlight, of course, is the food. We ordered a tanto-size pizza, half Margherita and half prosciutto e rucola, along with a portion of gamberetti pasta. The house-made pizza crust was not too thick, allowing the fresh toppings to stand out without feeling heavy. The pasta was also excellent, with a pleasantly chewy texture and a flavorful bisque sauce that gave the dish a rich, satisfying depth. A great lunch option near Gotokuji, especially if you want good Italian food, a stylish but relaxed setting, and a nice view of the local tram line.
