I wish to express my concern about the take-away packaging for hot coffee at your cafe. Today, my drink was served in a thin plastic pouch, which is unsuitable for hot liquids. Hot beverages can cause plastics to leach harmful chemicals into the drink, posing potential health risks to customers. As a reputable establishment, you should use proper insulated paper cups or food-safe containers designed for high temperatures instead. I strongly recommend changing this practice immediately to protect customer health. I will share this experience publicly until safer packaging is adopted.
