My to go for bbq wholesale! Convenient and efficient. I usually order delivery or even self collection. They have a wide variety of meat, seafood and even cooked food. Its Convenient as I may get charcoal, and all the necessities together!

Worst service I ever encountered. Delivery timing from 1pm to 5pm. The delivery delay and never inform. I still need to keep sms them. There is 1 replay after I have sended them few message and never apologize for the delay. Just inform the driver will delay and never mention what time. Then I wait until 5pm still haven't received my order. Then I need to start message them for almost 1 hour then the driver call me back almost 6pm and inform me there is a delay and ask me to wait for 20mins... And now all the ppl just waiting for the food to delivery... The food reach at 6.20pm... I think they should improve on the delivery service and backend support.

Dear Mr Lim, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent delivery experience with us. We wish to acknowledge that your order arrived significantly beyond the committed timeframe of 1pm to 5pm, and that our communication throughout this period fell well short of what you should have received. You should not have had to follow up repeatedly for updates — that responsibility rests with us, and we did not meet it. We have taken note of the specific failings in both delivery coordination and customer response handling, and these are being reviewed at the operational level. We are committed to ensuring this does not recur. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and your guests, and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

For walk-in, head down and filled up form on things we needed. Everything was done very quickly. Staff also went extra mile to help carry items to our car. Food was also exceptional, our guests enjoyed the stingray and yakitori sticks the most!
