However, I was there this evening in hoping to have a craving satisfied though the price was slightly higher (@$32+) that some chains but the quality was not what i am expected.
1. Food wasn’t fresh (killer point) in fact i think i ate spoilt meat.
- the galbi or short rib was so bad that it DISINTEGRATE AND HAD STICKY SUBSTANCE WHEN GRILLED THE MEAT BECAME POWDERY STARCHY KINDA LIKE PROTEIN BREAKDOWN SIMILAR TO THOSE OF DECOMPOSING MEAT!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULDN’T SERVE THIS!!!!!! THE STAFF TELLS MI (AS IF I AM I FOOL) IT IS DUE TO THE MARINATE. COMEON DON’T LIE IN FRONT OF A PERSON WHO HAD ATE GALBI FROM ALL DIFFERENT SHOPS I KNOW MY MEAT!
2. Staff wasnt very attentive to food and top up is no. Existent for some food. Service was bad they don’t care if you want some more other stuff on the buffet and they never tell u and they are not very happy when u see the buffet menu. And they can’t communicate. This is bad.
I am having bad diarrhea after eating here and after my experience i am very contemplating if i wanna call AVA and NEA to complain about this shop.
But at least just to make people see that the past reviews is NOT CONSISTENT with the food.
