2026年8月 50代ぐらいの男性店員( manager?)に料理は食べ終わったのに飲み物がまだ届いてないと伝えると、眉間にシワを寄せて面倒くさそうな顔で何ですかと聞いてきて、「唉」といって去っていったのが感じ悪かった. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150

On the evening of June 4, 2026, at around 6:00 PM, my wife and I, traveling from Singapore, with our family of four visited Beans The Backyard @ Popcorn 2 for dinner. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever experienced in terms of both food quality and service. We ordered:. Two portions of White Miso Roasted Black Cod Avocado Salad with Poached Egg. One of them was missing the poached egg, the avocado was poorly handled and overripe, and the salad vegetables were not fresh. We waited 15 minutes for the missing poached egg, but no staff followed up or attended to us. One Medium Black Angus Ribeye with Italian Dressing. However, it was served well-done. After informing the staff, they simply took the steak away without any apology or explanation, and did not tell us whether it would be remade or canceled. Only after we asked again were we informed that they would remake it. One Saikyo Yaki, which was acceptable. One Tiramisu, which was roughly made and of very poor quality. One iced lemon honey drink, which was very ordinary and mediocre. The food quality was poor, and the service attitude was extremely bad. This establishment does not meet even the basic standards of the food and beverage industry and feels like it is run without any professional experience. Not only did it ruin my appetite, but it also spoiled the mood of our family dinner. It was an extremely disappointing and unforgettable dining experience.
