オーナーの方の接客が最低でした。着いてすぐに「ドリンクを頼め」と高圧的に急かしてきました。お店にはメニューがないため、「おすすめのものを教えてください」と伝えると「おすすめはない」「とにかく早くしろ」という態度を取られました。オーナー自身も、酒作るは好きじゃないとおっしゃていたので、お酒が美味しくないのも納得でした。 その後に来た人たちには笑顔で話ししていたので、人を選んで接客しているみたいです。煙臭かったし、店内も汚いし、接客も最低。すごく気分が悪くなり、残念な場所でした。 この場所はお勧めしないし、もう.二度といきません。. The bar is small, nondescript, and lacks proper signage, which serves as the perfect confluence of making it extremely difficult to locate.Once you have found it, you may think you've stumbled upon an older cousin to some of the spots in Golden Gai. Beatcafe is appreciably larger than those bars, but not by too much. It's also not properly ventilated, which means that the smokers will have you smelling like their spare ashtray in short order.During my single visit, the bartender was rather rude and unhelpful. I inquired about one of the whiskeys on the wall and he completely blew me off. Later, he demanded that a young woman purchase a drink in order to meet his standard of 'being a customer". He outright rejected the notion that her companion having purchased a drink for her counted as her single drink minimum.Overall, I wouldn't return. There are better places (and ways) to be castigated on any given night in Tokyo.
