This place deserves so much more traffic. What a hidden gem. After living in Thailand for 2 years I can hands down say this is the best pizza I’ve had in this country. Better than 700THB pizzas in Bangkok. Far better than “stupid pizza” at local shops for the same price. I wasn’t expecting much, a local food truck in a countryside town. But man, this lady does not disappoint. Proper tomato sauce (not sweet ketchup), thin and crispy base, tasty cheese (not just milk solids) and fresh toppings. As a European, who has had their share of authentic pizza in Italy over the years- this is probably the closest you’re going to get here. And she’s made a beautiful atmosphere on the side of the road. Music, table cloths, lamps. What an amazing job! I wish her every success with her business. It’s well worth a visit. I’d share a picture of the food- but I’ve eaten it all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Margarita pizza is a good vegetarian option and she’s happy to accommodate adding extra toppings such as veggies or pineapple.
