This is a restaurant in Central district catered to the tourist and higher than average customers and the prices reflect that. I went there specifically for the spicy pho, Bun Bo Hue. I was greatly disappointed. It wasn't spicy, even after adding the spicy sauce. It wasn't served with a dish of cabbage, bean sprouts and banana leaf shavings. Meat varieties was a bit weak. The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was weak in strength. The pig's neck plate was good, but the sweet rice was very tough. I asked for a cup of white rice, which cost extra. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $150–200 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered foodpanda delivery with a pho set: beef satay skewers and pho with beef brisket and beef tripe. The skewers is super tasty with delicious satay sauce. The meat is tender with a bit fat inside. It just tastes wonderful. The pho has 3 pieces of brisket and another 3 of tripe. Both meat has light flavor without seasoning, and this pairs with the pho and soup perfectly. It also comes with lime and basil. The basil is fresh with refreshing herb flavor. I do hope that more different kind of herbs can be provided as they bring unique flavour to the pho. Overall, I enjoy the meal very much. I am usually not into soup so next time I want to try cold vermicelli! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
