I had a wonderful experience at Bitterwell! My friend and I visited for the first time, and everything was excellent. I ordered a hot matcha latte with low sugar, and the barista made it exactly the way I requested. It was incredibly smooth, perfectly balanced, and one of the best matcha lattes I've had. The latte art was also so beautiful that I almost didn't want to drink it! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. When I was unsure about the menu, one of the staff members kindly explained everything to me and they even carefully asked how we enjoyed our drinks. That small gesture really showed that they genuinely care about their customers. I also liked the smell inside the shop. I think they used a scented candle or aroma diffuser because the fragrance was so relaxing. As soon as we walked in, I felt comfortable. The shop was also very clean and had a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place if you want a good matcha and great service! I would rate the matcha latte 100/10!!
