BLT Steakhouse was the perfect way to wrap up my stay. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable and the entire experience felt polished and welcoming. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare with an incredible crust while still being tender and juicy inside. What I appreciated most was that the steak itself wasn’t overly seasoned, allowing the quality of the meat to stand on its own. The roasted garlic, onions, and herb butter elevated the flavor perfectly without overpowering it. BLT also offers a selection of finishing salts, with subtle seasonings, that added just the right touch. The sides and appetizers were equally impressive. The popover was a great start to the meal and absolutely deserves the praise - light airy and buttery, it was delicious. The crab cake was a must have. Seasoned and cooked perfectly, with no bread filler so common at restaurants, the full sauce was fresh and crisp without being over powering, the fresh garnish only increased the crispiness of the meal from the first bite to the very last. The taste of the dish matched the anticipation from the savory aroma that radiated off the plate from the time it was brought to the table. The grilled asparagus had a fantastic char and flavor. Everything was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with attention to detail. A special thank you to Cecilia, who provided exceptional service throughout the evening. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive. Her professionalism and warm hospitality truly elevated the dining experience. If you’re staying at the Marriott, nearby or simply looking for an excellent steakhouse experience, I highly recommend BLT Steakhouse.
