From the moment you walk up to the second floor, the atmosphere is stylish yet incredibly relaxing—perfect for a slow lunch or a chilled evening. The Food Highlights: • Spam Rice Balls: These are some of the freshest I’ve had. They strike that perfect balance of savory and salty, with a texture that can only come from being homemade with passion. • Salmon Poke Bowl: This was incredibly refreshing! The salmon was buttery and high-quality, perfectly complemented by the bright, zesty marinade that really made the flavors pop. • The "Ajitama" Egg: A standout feature of the poke bowl was the seasoned soft-boiled egg. The texture was flawless - what many call a "jammy" yolk. It wasn't runny, but it wasn't solid either; it had a rich, custard-like consistency that added a luxurious creaminess to the entire bowl.
