Came here to look for a replacement glass for my French press as the delivery time online was 2 weeks from EU or U.S. Wasn't sure what to expect from the Bodum store since there aren't many reviews or pictures but was pleased to find a very large selection! Service was friendly & helpful and cost was also significantly cheaper than online ($22.80 vs $30 online + shipping).

Shocking quality! The Bodum print at the bottom of the double wall Pavina glassware is not consistent. Bad experiences with them! Pot handle was loose, had to go to Takashimaya to exchange. Bought 2 sets of Pavina glassware and specifically asked the lady to check it and I returned home to find a scratch on it, had to make another trip to Takashimaya to change it and this time she put on her glasses and checked it properly! Not her fault though as the quality of the Bodum wares are simply not consistent, the print at the bottom has a print higher than the other Bodum glass. The glue/stopper is not in the centre! .

Cracked my 1.5L Bodum beaker (over 10 years old). They didn’t have one in stock, ordered one which arrived within two days, and it was cheaper than ordering it from within Europe! Crazy.
