ジンの専門店 クラフトジンがほとんどで、見たことのないようなものも多いです マスター 正直クセ強め&ウンチク長め 合う人は合うのかなーという感じ 好みは人それぞれ！ 的に言うけど、好きな飲み方はさせてくれません Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I was introduced to Bookmark by a friend while visiting Tokyo in November 2025. From the moment you step in, the clean aesthetic, modern design, and minimalist bar immediately stand out. Everything feels natural—bare bones in the best way—and it mirrors the gin experience itself. There’s a refreshing, no-frills approach to tasting gin here, with an impressively wide selection of bottles you’re unlikely to have heard of. Hayato is incredibly knowledgeable, and even tasting just one or two varieties feels like a journey through different flavors and aromas, all with a clean, refined finish. Definitely worth a visit. I also love that it transforms into a coffee shop in the morning—something I’m looking forward to experiencing on my next trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
