店名からして丼ものが主な郊外和食屋うな丼や海鮮丼等少し高級路線のどんぶりが目立ちます店内は昭和回帰な雰囲気で時々アメリカンといった和洋折衷な雰囲気丼メインですが無視してラーメンをば味噌系スープは意外にも熱々で麺は若干コシが足りませんが、そこそこ美味しかったです次は丼勝負ですな♡

We went to Katsuo izakaya and found the place just out of business. With that we decided to try this izakaya-ish restaurant located next door called “Boru” (which is ボウル in japanese means bowl) without any expectation and it surprised us, in a good way though. Food - We ordered salmon and hotate sashimi, katsudon and ebi tempura. They’re fresh and tasty. Quite authentic. Soup is delicious and refillable. Drink - unfortunately no alcohol at the moment due to prohibition by the gov. though genmai tea taste really good. Service - really nice Price - standard not cheap nor pricey Atmosphere - a little bit too “contemporary” for my taste Overall - Might not be a “hidden gem” but worth revisiting. Recommend for a casual dining and, hopefully soon, drinking.
