. The food was ok, given that it’s in a ski resort town. B.O.S. seems to prioritize Australians. We were the second group (3 non-Aussies) in queue for the restaurant’s open at 5pm. As it opened, the host seated the first group (3 Aussies) at the main dining room, sent us to the back room adjacent to the restroom, then seated the third group (4 Aussies) in the main dining room. The restaurant is small and only has 3 tables that can accommodate groups of 3+. The back room smelled like fumes, possibly due to the restaurant just turned everything on. We didn’t get our food until an hour past being seated. The groups in the main dining room got their food first, and they left not long after we finally got ours. The restaurant’s priority is a little curious. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000
