"The service was well below standard. We ordered a bottle of wine, but the staff just placed it on our table without pouring it, so we had to serve ourselves. On top of that, the staff had major communication issues; they couldn't speak English and could barely understand Thai. When we asked for tartar sauce, the staff claimed they didn't have any. We had to point out that since they serve fish and chips, they must have it. Eventually, they had to go and check with the chef just to get it for us. What was even more baffling was when we tried to order a cheesecake, and the staff completely failed to understand us—which is just mind-boggling. The management and staff training are clearly lacking. The food wasn't high quality either; it was just mediocre at best. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last.".
