Since that time, the “Bulao spirit” began to spread in Taiwan. Dreams turn new pages for life, and they continue to thrive into the twilight of their lives. In 2016, Hondao Senior Citizen’s Welfare Foundation responded to the city government’s policies of senior citizen’s welfare and revitalization of the Residence of Miyahara Takeo, and adopted the concept of “senior citizens, culture & creativity , and engagement” to create the space, BULAO 125.
