This place will satisfy any foodies and aficionados! Pizza dough is made from scratch by the owner and it is delicious!! He knows how to make a great pizza pie. He lets the dough chill for 17 hours. The sauce is also homemade and spot on. The owner even put an egg on our pizza before placing it into the pizza oven. Came out perfect. In fact, it was so good we had to order another one. We also ate a burger, which had a homemade bun, beef patty, shredded cabbage and carrots, and a delicious sauce. We could have eaten another if we wasn't so stuffed from the pizza. This is such an unexpected gem of a restaurant. It's off the beaten path and only open on the weekends, but if you're in the area, we highly recommend checking it out.
