アイオリソースのチキンバーガーを頂きました。 絶妙なトースト加減のバンズに、もたつき感のない、味付けがしっかりしたフライドチキンとフレッシュさを感じる野菜、香り豊かなキノコを一口二口と頬張るほど口いっぱいに広がり、病みつきになる味わいでした! また、添えのフライドポテトも絶妙なな味わいで美味でした。 どうやらチキンにサーモンをのせたさらなる旨味を追求した ものもあるようです! オーダー受けてからの調理で出来立てを頂けるのもまた魅力的かと。 注文は自身でカウンターで注文し、スタッフさんが席まで運んで来てくれます。 支払方法は現金のみです。. When I arrived at 5:30 on a holiday, the store was almost full, with only seats left in the bar area. I was lucky enough to be able to see the burger making process. From coating the chicken legs in flour, putting them in the pan for frying, carefully stacking the lettuce, and applying the sauce, it can be seen that the hamburgers delivered to us are all well-taken care of. ଘ(੭ˊ꒳ˋ)੭ While listening to the sizzling sound of the oil pan and watching the cooking process under the warm light, my mood was healed unconsciously. Unexpectedly, just by quietly concentrating on waiting for the burger, I could feel again: ah, this moment is so good. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very juicy, but not greasy in the mouth. The smoked salmon and fried chicken I ordered were not inconsistent at all. After squeezing in lemon, it made the taste more refreshing. The tartar sauce paired with fried chicken and smoked salmon at the same time was still harmonious and added a new level to the taste. Overall, it’s a refreshing fried chicken burger (p1&p2 are Korean chili sauce and garlic mayonnaise ordered by Pengpeng.
