Avoid. I would give zero stars if I could. Poorly run establishment. I recommend you go elsewhere. The establishment clearly has single seat arrangements but when I showed up they said they don’t allow people to dine alone. Appreciated that booking Service is quite good, I reserved a seat on fb , they responded to me quickly. A bit disappointed about the orders, even I ordered three rounds, but it obviously they were not follow what I wrote. On that day, we have 8 ppl, but it seems that no matters how much I ordered , they just provided some seafood, we are not happy with that , because they set time limit with 90 mins, but all of us just only get some food to ate in a rush. We ordered unlimited drink, but the staffs are so busy, even we ask for refill, they just glance us and forgot refill for few times.Moreover, when the seafood are on desk, they forget to provide and tools.Actually, this is my second time here , what I saw the quality of the service and food were worsting. Hope burn whale can improve the speed of providing food, enhance more staffs in order to take care more customers P.s Klook officials website also provide coupon with cheaper prices but the limitation is that you can only buy 5 ppl coupon , if you have have more than 5 ppl, you can’t use that coupon and the only thing you can do is to contact burn Whale directly without the discount.
