The Butterfly Café is always crowded in the afternoons, but has a spectacular view (indoor seating but my fave is the balcony tables outside) of the Arboretum and their scones and specialty drinks are tasty, even if they are a bit pricey (however, I like to think part of that cost is going towards the Arboretum and maintaining the visitor centre, which is one of my all-time fave public spaces in Suwon and especially in our neighbourhood. The staff have also always been patient with my slow Korean and choice making - the menu can be a LOT), but they do their best considering the crowds and are friendly in my experience. Worth a visit, but if you don't like crowds, try earlier in the day (the acoustics of the building can make the café space somewhat loud). Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
