スタッフさんの暖かいサービスと和やかな店内はアットホームな感じで過ごしやすい空間だと思います! カクテルはタップ式のマティー二が代表的でドライから甘めのものを含めて4種類あります。また、マティー二以外にもハイボールスタイルのカクテルがありますが、一般的なハイボールではなく、様々な味わいのハイボールスタイルがありカクテルだけでも楽しめますが食事もすすむ味わいです。食事は町中華を軸に一捻り効かせたものでありながら、病みつきにさせる味わいでした。 オリジナルマティー二、ハイボール以外にもビールワイン、クラシックカクテルがあり、幅広く楽しむことができるかと. BW Cave in Shibuya markets itself as a Japanese izakaya-style restaurant, but the experience falls far short of expectations. The decor is undeniably cool, featuring a trendy industrial look that gives off a promising first impression. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant was nearly empty when our group arrived—which made the overwhelmed service all the more surprising. Despite being friendly, the staff struggled to keep track of orders, forgetting several entirely and never delivering them. I ordered four dishes but received only three. While the presentation was pleasant, portion sizes noticeably shrank with each round—even for the same dishes. The food itself was unremarkable and lacked clear identity, with some kind of vague fusion going on that didn’t lean convincingly in any direction, least of all Japanese. To make matters worse, prices were outrageous. A canned beer cost over ¥1000, and the food certainly didn’t justify the cost. It’s no wonder the place doesn’t seem to attract locals. All in all, BW Cave was a disappointing, overpriced experience. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be returning. I regret going at all, though to be fair, it wasn’t my pick. ***** BW Cave – 渋谷、東京 訪問日: 5月2日（金） 渋谷のBW Caveは「日本居酒屋スタイル」を掲げていますが、実際の体験は期待を大きく裏切るものでした。 インダストリアルでおしゃれな内装はトレンディな第一印象を与え、店内も清潔に保たれていました。しかし、訪問時はほぼ空席だったにもかかわらず、サービスは混乱気味。スタッフは友好的でしたが明らかに対応に追われており、注文を複数品忘れる上、結局提供されないものもありました。 注文した4品のうち3品しか届かず、見た目は悪くなかったものの、同じ料理を繰り返し注文すると量が段々減っていくことに気付きました。料理自体は無難で、明確な個性が感じられず、「なんとなくのフュージョン」というコンセプトが曖昧。日本居酒屋としての魅力は皆無でした。 価格は法外です。缶ビール1本が1,000円以上し、料理の質もコストに見合っていません。地元客がほぼいないのも納得の内容でした。 総じて、BW Caveは高すぎる値設定に、質やサービスが追いついていない残念な店です。おすすめせず、二度と訪れるつもりもありません。選んだのは自分ではなかったとはいえ、後悔の残る体験でした。.
