I would like to sincerely commend Sales Consultant Ryan Teo and Technician Kelvin Goh for the excellent vehicle handover service provided to us on 28 May 2026. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Although a normal handover usually takes about 45 minutes, he generously spent more than two hours with us, carefully explaining every feature and function of the car in detail. He answered all our questions professionally and made sure we were comfortable and confident before leaving. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Kelvin, for your outstanding service and commitment to customer care.
