I stopped here on a fluke. It was hot & humid … and I was walking. I decided to find the next well-rated restaurant to stop in for lunch … and I can say … I am SO glad I picked this one. The staff could see that I was suffering with water pouring off of me … and they stationed a fan near me so that I could feel some relief. Thank you! Thank you … to that lovely young woman. She also recommended the massaman roti curry set … so, I ordered that with spring rolls and a butterfly pea flower & coconut milk drink. It was like I had stumbled upon heaven. The food was absolutely divine! The first sip of the drink and I immediately thought … I’m so glad this place is walking distance from where I live! Yum! I seriously could have sat there all afternoon eating roti and massaman curry … and been happy as a clam. Take a chance like I did. It’s so worth it. I was the only American … or caucasian person in there … so I take that as meaning … it was authentic. The woman who served me said that the massaman was spicy … but, seriously … it really wasn’t. It was so aroy ma!! I can see why the chef has won awards for his curries!! Brava!!! Bravo!! I hope to visit again and again while I am living in Pattaya over the next few years.
