Having seen Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Thai dishes are to be tasted here. Based on the users' feedback on Google, Baan Suan Kitchen deserved 4.9.

One of the few places open for food. Vegetarian food, we had pad Thai, noodles and rice, all delicious. Lovely woman who runs the place, very good prices too :) Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited this restaurant twice during our 5-day stay in Khao Lak, and it was by far the best food we had the entire trip. It’s a bit outside the main area, but since we stayed at Baan Krating, it was only about a 5-minute walk for us. The location feels very cozy and peaceful in the little forest. What made the experience even more special was the warm, family atmosphere – even the kids help out, which adds a really charming touch. The food was incredibly fresh, and the service was always very friendly and welcoming. During our second visit, it took a bit longer to get our food because the kitchen is quite small and the restaurant was busy – but it was absolutely worth the wait. Compared to other restaurants in the area, the prices are noticeably lower while the quality is outstanding. Highly recommended! Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: almost every dish can be adapted with tofu instead of meat
