Stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved our time here. Bed was firm and comfy. Was clean and well kept. Service was lovely. Felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Coffee guy across the way in the alley. Best coffee ever!

Baan Yok is the sanctuary that belongs to wonderful owner and host, Pupe. Its a cafe/bar with bnbs upstairs for guests. Surrounded by some fantastic cocktail bars and cafes, Pupe's Baan Yok is an authentic +100 year old chinese thai shophouse. She even serves some great coffee here and her team is always cheerful and helpful. If you appreciate old world charm, and don't mind staying in a busy street, you will love this place.

Authentic place. Very well restored and maintained. Close to the bustling area of Chinatown, it’s the perfect place to sleep in if you want to live the real vibe of the old Bangkok.
