I have eaten a LOT of kabuli pulaos at various places around the world, this was my first time to eat in Hong Kong, but I truly believe that it cannot get much better than this. Balanced taste, reasonable amount of meat, very fresh. Carrot and raisins could have been more, and yes it is a "bistro", so it's warmed in a microwave and paper plate. But it is very good. Trust me. I highly recommend the kabuli mutton pulao here. Only cash payment is not good, I should substract a star, but I wont :)

Baba Jee's eatery is a must go place if you pop in Chung King Mansion. The indigenous fresh food Baba Jee prepares every day is worth a try. In simple English I would say its finger licking good and devilishly delicious.
