I came to Babette for dinner with my friends for the first time and it was an amazing surprise !! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is super friendly and accommodating would definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $400–450

We had a lovely weekend brunch at Babette in Central. The French bistro vibe is cozy and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends. We tried the Brunch Set ($358 pp). The smoked trout with avocado and dashi dressing was fresh and flavourful. The Amaebi Avocado Toast on brioche was deliciously rich. We added the Palourde clams with seaweed butter – absolutely amazing and full of flavour. The highlight was sharing the Côte de Boeuf ribeye, tender and well-cooked with excellent Bearnaise sauce. Desserts like the rice pudding and warm chocolate tart were excellent too. Great service and portions. Recommended for a chill brunch in Central! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$450–500 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The bread is free but if they can present as warm will be much better. The butter smell and taste good and soft. I ordered filet de boeuf, the waiter recommended medium rare however it is medium well. Still tender and juicy. Anyways, I hope they will be better.
