All the staff provided great service.We ordered french toast and V60 coffee and both were amazing.If you lucky,you’re might get Fahsai as your servers too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600

Beautiful setting, but unfortunately our experience today was disappointing in almost every other way. Several of the items we tried to order were unavailable. Our son ordered the creamy salmon penne, and it was extremely unpleasant—the entire dish strangely tasted like cucumber. We ordered Breakfast Set No. 2, but the avocado did not taste like avocado at all; it tasted more like papaya and was not enjoyable. The service was even worse. We had to change tables because nobody was attending to us. Placing even a simple order took forever. Staff members would begin speaking with us, then suddenly walk away in the middle of taking our order to attend another table, leaving us waiting without any explanation. I spent approximately 20 minutes repeatedly asking for salt because the food lacked seasoning. When they finally brought it, the salt shaker was completely empty. I honestly thought it was some kind of hidden-camera joke. Eventually, I had to get up and ask for another one myself. Unfortunately, the attractive jungle setting could not compensate for the poor food, unavailable menu items, disorganized service, and overall frustrating experience. Based on today’s visit, we cannot recommend Baboon Phuket. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿600–800

While I'm pleased that you enjoyed our beautiful jungle setting, I sincerely apologize that the food and service fell far below the standards we strive to provide.I am especially concerned by your comments regarding the unavailable menu items, the quality of the dishes you received, and the service you experienced. Waiting to place an order, having staff leave in the middle of assisting you, and repeatedly requesting something as simple as salt only to receive an empty shaker is completely unacceptable.
