Hi Crystal! We were intrigued by your 1-star ratings for food, service, and atmosphere, especially since you never actually visited the restaurant. Reviewing a place you didn’t experience is certainly… creative. As for the “noise,” our music is played within permitted hours, and our many regulars who live in the surrounding condos and private properties seem perfectly happy with both the volume and the atmosphere. Thank you for your concern though. We were surprised to hear our music was supposedly reaching residents, so we tested it ourselves. We turned the music up (louder than usual) and walked across the road to the bus stop. Sadly, all we heard were passing vehicles no sign of our so called “disruptive” music? We certainly hope future reviews are based on something a bit more concrete than overhearing a restaurant doing exactly what it’s permitted to do.
