1st night in Taipei. Found this rooftop bar. Good experience with 2 clear negatives. No service. If you want a drink you go get it. Worse, one line. 2 or 3 people mixing drinks. Stood in the line 2 times for probably 12 or 13 minutes. Poor service design. Management should consider hiring a few people. 2nd, the lady DJ when we arrived was mixing songs. Good music. The DJ at 1:00am seemed to think that his job was mixing 15 second sound clips. Then mixing again. He needed to allow songs to play. The dance floor emptied and we finally got tired of not being able to dance for longer than 15 seconds before the next "mix" started.
