You are a liar. I asked you to wait while I was cleaning up the flour on the floor. It is was right where I have to stand and walk to serve customers and it is dangerous. I slipped over spilled flour before and hit my head on the sharp corner of the stainless steel table. You also lied about me using foul language. I was scolding myself for pushing the stack of bannetons over and causing the mess. What I said was "How can you be so stupid" quite obviously talking to myself. That isn't foul language.If you are so impatient that you cannot wait a minute when asked after there was quite obviously an accident, then you should better go shopping for fast food at a a convenience store. I am an artisan and I am working alone. I built the bakery with my own money, no investors. I work 7 days a week, without holidays. I am still doing construction work on the bakery in the other half behind the artificial wall I put in. I did not have the money to hire a company to build the store and I do not have the money to hire sales staff. I started the bakery with my own money from scratch.My customers like the quality of my products. They do not mind if they have to wait or if they have to come back again later because I am out buying supplies or in the home centre or run other errands. To people who really appreciate high quality bread made traditionally by an artisan, these inconveniences do not matter. In fact, this is to be expected. The more sales staff, the more the owners will squeeze every penny out of the business and then quality goes down. You either get convenience or you get quality. Both are mutually exclusive.It should be blatantly obvious that the shop is still under construction judging by the tools and fire bricks stacked up in front of the store. Yet, some people, including yourself are so self-important and impatient that they believe they are entitled to being looked after 24 hours and leave bad ratings at shops they never even bought anything from, simply because the shop had the audacity to be closed when these so important people showed up. They didn't seem to be smart enough to look up the bakery to find the phone number and call or send a short message to ask, but then they did find it to leave a bad review. Really nasty.And you are one of those people. You should be ashamed of yourself.Not only is it inconsiderate towards the artisan -- or since you are probably doing this to other people, too, towards the shop owner of whoever has the misfortune of your visit -- it is also inconsiderate towards actual customers who appreciate the products and services that you do not deserve.I imagine some unfortunate artisan or shop owner some place else where you and those other self-important people left bad reviews only to stroke your own egos will see his or her rating go down so much that his or her business will go down, especially if they are just starting. All their customers who liked the products and services will then lose that shop. All because some self-important nasty people have nothing better to do than to let steam off on the internet. They didn't know how to use the internet to make contact to ask when the shop is open, but they do know how to use the internet to make life difficult for some hard working individual.Shame on you!
