No longer the only Taiwanese food restaurant in the area, but still a favorite. It's a chain but I've been consistently pleased with the food, especially for such a good value. I especially like the "mien shian", which is a thick soupy thin rice noodle with a lot of other stuff tossed in. Their big seller is the pan fried dumpling. Together, these items make a great set meal and will surely satisfy. Seating is quite limited but take out is a good option if you live in South Horizon area.
