Very dirty, staff is cleaning around when you’re eating (sweeping the floor), tables are dirty, and overall the place is dingy. The Taiwanese noodles in soup is all corn starch and the kimchi dumplings are big, but tasteless. It’s cheap, but cha chaan tangs nearby are about the same price, cleaner and with better food. Won’t try this place again. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
